Do you want to learn more about how to keep your body strong, and manage your mental & emotional health during peri-menopause and menopause?
It's a fact - our physical strength, bone strength & body composition all suffer during peri-menopause and menopause.
And if you are feeling a shift mentally and emotionally like brain fog, shorter concentration span, more anxious, depression, heightened emotions, and just generally more fragile it's not your imagination!
Changing hormones during perimenopause and menopause affect our brain and our body.
Some of these symptoms might be familiar to you ...
Weight gain (especially increasing fat around our belly)
Low energy
Losing muscle & strength
Weaker bones & higher risk of injury
Hot flushes
Aching muscles and joints
Brain fog and shorter concentration
Emotional rollercoaster
Higher stress, anxiety and depression
Exercise that used to work for us isn't working for us anymore
Slowing down (losing speed & strength)
Longer recovery time after exercise
The good news is, there are things we can do to REDUCE the impact of these symptoms. And you are NOT alone!
Hear from our amazing panel of women who will share their experience and expertise to give you practical actions you can take immediately, that will help you better navigate these changes to your body and mind.
This workshop is FREE but if you are able, then please make a $10 donation instead to support Kids Helpline.
