2hr small group gym sessions (12-18 yrs)

These 2-hour Strength & Speed Workshops are designed for young athletes who want to gain a competitive edge in their sport.

Perfect for athletes playing football, rugby, AFL, soccer, hockey, other field sports & basketball these sessions focus on developing the strength, speed and athletic movement skills that help athletes improve performance in their sport.

Led by experienced coaches, athletes will learn how to train properly in the gym and on the field so they can become stronger, faster and more explosive in competition.

These workshops are for athletes age 12–18 who want to:

> Improve their speed and agility

> Get stronger for their sport

> Learn how to train properly in the gym

> Gain a competitive advantage on the field
