These 2hr workshops are ideal for young athletes wanting to get maximum gains from training in the gym.
What they learn from our coaches will help them become stronger, more powerful, more athletic and more competitive in the sport they love.
Max of 10 athletes per group. Every athlete receives individual feedback to improve lower body strength, upper body strength and core strength.
We also focus on power training, teaching athletes how to use their strength to generate maximal power.
These workshops will accelerate an athlete's understanding of movement, helping them get better results from training in the gym.

LEARN TO LIFT is designed for Tweens and Teens (age 11-14 yrs) who have an interest in 'lifting weights' and getting strong.
Our focus is on teaching good movement patterns and learning how to lift weights safely. Each class we focus on different movements spending time with each athlete to improve their form.
