Strength & Power Workshops

1.5hr small group gym sessions (13-17 yrs)

These 1.5hr workshops are ideal for young athletes wanting to get maximum gains from training in the gym.

What they learn from our coaches will help them become stronger, more powerful, more athletic and more competitive in the sport they love.

Max of 10 athletes per group. Every athlete receives individual feedback to improve lower body strength, upper body strength and core strength.

We also focus on power training, teaching athletes how to use their strength to generate maximal power.

These workshops will accelerate an athlete's understanding of movement, helping them get better results from training in the gym.

FUNctional FITness

2hr Holiday Camp (8-14 yrs)

Join us for 2 hours of challenging but fun functional fitness (including lots of games) for Tweens & Teens.

Our FUNctional FITness holiday camps are the perfect way to get your kids moving with a big focus on moving well, getting stronger & fitter incorporating lots of fun and games!

It's exercise that kids and teens actually find FUN!!

Perfect for parents looking for an activity to keep the kids active with lots of variety, physical challenges in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment. Offered at our Indooroopilly training centre.
