SPRING INTAKE

Program Details:

  • 4 weeks starting 22 August.
  • Attend 2 sessions per week where you'll train under the close supervision of our experienced coaching team. Choose from these times:
  • 5:30am Monday or Thursday
  • 9:15am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
  • 12pm Monday
  • 5:45pm Monday or Thursday
  • 1 x complimentary 30min Infra-Red Sauna pass
