You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!


This 9 week program at Fitter Futures (Indooroopilly) is designed to give you the best chance of success at making permanent, positive changes in your lifestyle to achieve your fitness, health & wellness goals.



If you are serious about wanting to eat better; feel better, happier & more energised; move better; improve strength & fitness; and generally improve your quality of life for the long term, then this program is for you!

Strength for Women 9 Week Program Details:

  • 9 week duration (starting w/c 11 July 2022)
  • 1 hour group strength training session per week
  • 1 hour kick-off meeting (Week 1) - meet your coaches & training buddies
  • Fortnightly 30 min. Zoom meeting - tips & education about nutrition, training & changing habits
  • Weekly check-in with a coach to keep you on track
  • Additional 45min group training session in weeks 4 - 8 (choose a class from our Fitter Futures Adult timetable). In week 9 attend unlimited classes.
  • Access to 4 x classes at Movement Vitality (Yoga & Mobility Studio - located next to Fitter Futures)
  • 1 x 30min Infra-Red Sauna pass
  • Celebration breakfast at the end of the program with the SFW cohort to celebrate achievements
