This 8 week program at Fitter Futures (Indooroopilly) is designed to give you the best chance of success at making permanent, positive changes in your lifestyle to achieve your fitness, health & wellness goals.

If you are serious about wanting to eat better; feel better, happier & more energised; move better; improve strength & fitness; and generally improve your quality of life for the long term, then this program is for you! View the video for more details.

Strength for Women 8 Week Program Details:

  • 8 week duration (starting w/c 25 April 2022)
  • 1 hour kick-off Zoom meeting (Week 1) - meet your training buddies and coaches
  • 1 hour group strength training session per week
  • Weekly 30 min. Zoom meeting - tips & education about nutrition, training & changing habits
  • Weekly 15min 1:1 check-in call with our Nutrition & Lifestyle coach (to help keep you accountable and on-track)
  • Additional 45min group training session in weeks 4 - 8 (choose a class from our Fitter Futures Adult timetable)
  • 1 x 30min Infra-Red Sauna pass
  • Celebration breakfast on Sat 18 June
