This 8 week program at Fitter Futures (Indooroopilly) is designed to give you the best chance of success at making permanent, positive changes in your lifestyle to achieve your fitness, health & wellness goals.

Strength for Men 8 Week Program Details:

  • 8 week duration (starting w/c 18 July 2022)
  • 1 hour group strength training session per week
  • After 2 group SFM sessions are completed (i.e. after Week 2), participants can attend an extra session per week from the Fitter Futures Adult Timetable
  • Weekly accountability check-in with a coach
  • 1 x 30min Infra-Red Sauna pass
  • Celebration drinks at the end of the program with the SFM cohort to celebrate achievements
